ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on vital signs in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention surgery.Methods128 patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention surgery from January 2014 to June 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, 64 cases in each group.The control group were given traditional surgery,and received routine treatment at postoperative rehabilitation period.At the basis of this, the observation group were given acupoint massage.The liver and kidney function indexes, coagulation function, blood routine, heart rate and blood pressure in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe systolic blood pressure was (142.98±18.35mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was (92.83±17.28) mmHg and the heart rate was (79.4±11.7) times/min in the observation group;the systolic blood pressure was (143.26±17.26) mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was (82.65 ± 13.17) mmHg and the heart rate was (71.9±12.1) times/min in the control group, the differences in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TBIL of the control group was (9.36±3.71)umol·L-1, DBIL was (4.01±1.14)umol·L-1, TP was (53.23±7.29) g·L-1, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, ALB was (32.10±3.17) g·L-1 and BUN was (4.23 ± 1.32) mmol·L-1, which was lower than that of TBIL, DBIL, TP and ALB in the observation group (P<0.05) The levels of PTA and FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of PT, APTT and TT were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupoint massage can effectively enhance the liver and kidney function and coagulation function, reduce the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, relieve anxiety and reduce the recovery time of patients.

[Objective]To investigate the effect of pellino-1 gene overexpression by lentivirus vector on the ubiquitin of tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors 3 (TRAF3) and the activation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling pathway in endotoxin-tolerant kupffer cells (KCs).[Methods]Isolated KCs of C57BL/6 mouse were randomly divided into two groups:control group,which transfected with control lentivirus vector for 48 h,then pretreated with 10 ng/mL lipopolysaccharide (LPS)for 24 h,and next treated with 300 ng/mL LPS;overexpression group,which transfected with pellino-1 gene overexpression lentivirus vector for 48 h,then pretreated with 10 ng/mL lipopolysaccharide(LPS)for 24 h,and next treated with 300 ng/mL LPS. The protein expressions of pellino-1,K48-Ub,TRAF3,p38,p-p38,c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)and p-JNK were analyzed by Western blot. The level of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in superna-tants were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).[Results]Compared with control group,the protein expres-sions of pellino-1,K48-Ub,p-JNK and p-p38 and the levels of IL-1β(P < 0.05),TNF-α(P < 0.05)in supernatants was in-creased in overexpression group,while the protein levels of TRAF3 and the levels of IL-10(P < 0.05)in supernatants were de-creased.[Conclusion]Overexpression of pellino-1 can promote TRAF3 K48 ubiquitination degradation,decrease the protein expres-sion of TRAF3,activate the downstream MAPK signaling pathway,and thus impair the formulation of endotoxin tolerance.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of cisplatin resistance in human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 . Methods Single cell gel electrophoresis ( SCGE ) was used to measure the level of DNA damage and repair in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and gastric cancer cisplatin resistance cell line SGC-7901/DDP by ob-serving the tail length. Morphological changes of SGC-7901 and SGC-7901/DDP were recorded to evalutate the differences between the two lines. The degree of migration of SGC-7901/DDP and SGC-7901 measured by cell wound scratch assay was used to estimate the ability of invasion. MTT assay was performed to determine the drug sensitivity, IC50 values and cross-resistance of SGC-7901/DDP treated with 5-FU, VP-16, ADM, TAX and LOHP separately. Results The level of DNA damage and repair in SGC-7901/DDP was higher than that in SGC-7901 ac-cording to the tail length of SCGE tests ,suggesting the relationship between cisplatin resistance and the abiity of DNA damage and repair. There was a much smaller volume in SGC-7901/DDP compared with SGC-7901,and clone aggregation always appeared in SGC-7901/DDP. Cell wound scratch assay showed that the migration of SGC-7901/DDP was weaker than that of SGC-7901. MTT showed the significant increase of IC50 and cross resitance in SGC-7901/DDP compared with SGC-7901 treated with 5-FU, VP-16, ADM, TAX and LOHP simultaneously. Conclu-sion The ability of DNA damage and repair in gastric cancer cisplatin resistance cell line SGC-7901 is enhanced significantly. The SGC-7901/DDP shows a notable promotion on multidrug resistance in vivo, and the migration of SGC-7901/DDP is weaker than that of SGC-7901 .
ABSTRACT
Objective To retrospectively observe and compare the efficacy and safty of irinotecan or oxaliplatin combined with fluoropyrimidine in the first line treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 71 patients were divided into two groups. The irinotecan group consisted of 37 patients. Irinotecan 180 mg/m2 was injected in 90 minutes on d1. And the oxaliplatin group consisted of 34 patients. Oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 was injected on d1. All the groups combined fluoropyrimidine. 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu) 400 mg/m2 and leucovorin 200 mg/m2 were injected on d1,2 and 5-Fu 600 mg/m2 was 22 h continuous injected on d1,2, every 2 weeks was a cycle. It could also take capecitabine 1.0 g/m2 or tegafur-gimeracil-oteracil potassium 25 mg/m2 Bid for d1~14 orally, every 3 weeks was a treatment. Results 65 patients were evaluated. The response rates were 32.35% and 22.58%, the disease con-trol rates were 76.47% and 70.97%, and the median progression free survival (PFS) were 5 (3.962~6.038) months and 4 (2.730~5.270) months in irinotecan group and oxaliplatingroup, respectively, with no significant difference (P>0.05). Toxicity was tolerable, major adverse events were neutropenia, nausea and vomiting in two group. The incidence rate of diarrhea (45.95%) was higher in irinotecan group, and the peripheral nerve toxicity was 29. 41% in oxaliplatin group. Conclusion The effects of irinotecan or oxaliplatin combined with fluoropyrimi-dine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer are comparable, and their toxicities are tolerable.

[Objective]Through the literature retrieval in recent years, knowledge of blood pressure variability prediction and evaluation of hypertension and its complications, and prognostic judgment, review various methods on blood pressure variability changes of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research. [Method]Acupuncture for its target, overal adjustment, green therapy, which has certain advantages in the treatment of abnormal blood pressure variation, in recent years, clinical research has made a lot of useful discussion in this paper on review.[Result]Based on these clinical observations, it indicates the ef-fect of acupuncture on hypertension is significant. [Conclusion]Acupuncture in the treatment of abnormal blood pressure variation has certain advantages, should design the rigorous large sample, multicenter, randomized, blinded, end point of cardiovascular events as indicators of clinical research and the relat-ed experimental research, provide more convincing acupuncture intervention reverse abnormal blood pressure circadian rhythm of scientific basis.
ABSTRACT
A model of transplantable human undifferentiated cecum adenocarcinoma in Balb/C nude mice from the cell line maintained in vitro was established and was named NB-93, 26 sub-transplantations were performed. The rate of success of transplantation was 96.2%. The longest life span of tumor bearing nude mouse was 246 days and its mid-point time was 108 days. Pathohistology showed that the structure of the transplantable tumor was similar to that of the original human tumor. The tumor retained the function of secreting CEA. Chromosomal analysis showed that the tumor cells had a malignant karyotype. The tumor tissue, after being frozen in liquid nitrogen, could be rehabilitated and successfully retransplanted in nude mice again. The model seems to be a useful tool for further study of human undifferentiated cecum adenocarcinoma.
